Production Time
Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the item. Please check the product description for more specific details.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please monitor your tracking details, especially for international orders.

- United States: Estimated 10 to 15 business days (varies by location)
- Express Delivery: Estimated 2 to 6 business days (varies by country)
If you order from different product categories (e.g., a silk scarf, journal, and art print), your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on your location, import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Evaco is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Refund policy.
At Evaco Paris, we take great care in producing high-quality art prints and products. Since each item is made to order, all sales are final. However, if an issue arises with your order, we are happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement. To request a replacement, please email us at bonjour@evacoart.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Please email bonjour@evacoart.com as soon as possible to check if cancellation is possible.
Final Sale Policy
All our products are custom-made to order, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please carefully review the product descriptions, sizes, and dimensions before purchasing.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If it cannot be recovered, we will offer either store credit or a replacement. Please contact us if you suspect your order has been lost.
