  • First, to imagine your scars traced in gold — not hidden, not erased, but made sacred.

  • Then, to honour your body with a small ritual of presence — whether through touch, a golden line on paper, or your own artistic response.

This practice is not about fixing.
It’s about recognition — a moment to say:
“I see you. I’m still here.”
